Meet Oscar, a 2 to 3 year old Rat Terrier mix.  Oscar came to us because the older couple that had him could no longer care for him.  He is a bit unsure of people but is making progress.  He would do well in a quiet house with someone that has the patience to bring him out of his shell.  Oscar is a sweet dog that just needs someone to love him.
