Meet our golden girl, Lola
Meet our golden girl Lola. Lola is a 8 year old, senior Labrador Retriever who weight approximately 50 pounds. She is very mellow and would make a great companion for someone who is home often. Lola is good with other male dogs and submissive females, Well mannered, and does not show interest in cats. This girl would like nothing more than to hang out with you and enjoy her golden years.
Why do we have an 8 year old dog? In the past we've meet many folks who want a dog the size of Lola, however sometimes a large dog can be a handful. Not the case with our Lola. She is simply happy to enjoy your company and safety - and don't think this girl wouldn't enjoy walks!
If you want to truly enjoy the experience of saving a dog's life, please consider Lola. Even in the rescue community there is a smaller demand for older dogs. But we saved Lola because she deserves a second chance at life. Lola spent the first 8 years of her existence enriching the lives of her family, but ended up on a county shelter euthanasia list.
Will you give Lola the love and compassion she is so deperately seeking?
Lola is current on her vaccinations and will be spayed and microchipped before adoption. Please contact foster Duane Ledward at duane.ledward@gmail.com for more information.
