Meet Pepper, an 8 year old Pekingese

Big dogs, I'm scared will squish me, so I announce myself. I'm polite on walks and quiet at home. I love people! In 2012, my family had to move and gave me away to my current guardian. I've lived a happy-go-lucky life with her family, a cat, and a pug until now. They can't have more than one dog anymore, and my guardian can't have a dog where she lives now either.
